A Typical Session Day

8:00 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.

Set up. Session organisers unlock the storage container and unload all the required equipment. Stables are prepared with grooming boxes, headcollars and bridles. Ponies are brought in.

8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

All surfaces are cleaned. Hydraulic lift is unlocked and set up. Arena is set up with weaving poles and related equipment. Ponies are groomed and tacked up.

9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Two participant rider session.

9:35 a.m. - 10:05 a.m.

Single participant rider session.

10:10 a.m. - 10:40 a.m.

Single participant rider session.

10:45 a.m. - 11:15 a.m.

Two participant rider session.

11:20 a.m. - 11:50 a.m.

Single participant rider session.

11:55 a.m. - 12:25 p.m.

Single participant rider session.

12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Two participant riders.

1:05 p.m. - 1:35 p.m.

Final session. Single participant, back-ridden supported rider.

1:35 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Ponies untacked and checked over. All equipment packed up. Bridles and saddles returned to tack room. Equipment carts returned to storage container and locked away. Hydraulic lift cleaned, covered and locked. Floors swept.
